Process of Student Visa“NON-IMMIGRANT ED”

Option 1: Tourist Non -> Immigrant ED

Apply at Thai Immigration

  1. TR / ผผ.30 /ผผ.90 (The tourist visa must be valid for at least 21 days )
  2. Passport & copy of every page with TM.6
  3. Visa Application form TM.86 or TM.87
  4. School letter
  5. School license
  6. Fee 2,000 baht
  7. 2 Photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm)

Option 2: Non-Immigrant ED (Preferably)

Apply at Thai Embassyin China

  1. Passport & copy of every page
  2. Visa Application Form
  3. School letter, Course syllabus, School license
  4. A copy of round-trip airticket
  5. Bank statement with minimum balance of 50,000 RMB
  6. Fee about 450 RMB
  7. 2 Photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm)

Note: Applicant will obtain a 3-month visa. During 3-moths period if you plan to leave Thailand, student must get re-entry permit prior leaving Thailand.

1-Year Visa Extension: Request school letter from MICS office

1-Year Extensionat Singburi Immigration: (45 days before visa expires)

  1. Passport & copy of every page with TM.6 (departure card)
  2. Form TM.7
  3. School letter
  4. School license
  5. Fee 1,900 baht
  6. 2 Photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm)

Note:

  1. Every photocopy documents must be signed for certified true copy
  2. If studentplans to leave Thailand,student must get re-entry permit prior leaving Thailand.
    Re-entryPermit: Form/passport and copyof every page/1 photo/Fee 1,000 single or 3,800 Multiplere-entry
  3. You must file the 90-day report within 15 days before 90-day period expires (with form TM. 47, passport and the appointment slip). Visa can be extended 45 day before visa expire.

Process of Guardian Visa “ NON-IMMIGRANT O”

Non-Immigrant “O” (Parent moving to Thailand)

Contact MICS office: Request school letter from MICS office
Apply at Thai Embassy in China

  1. Passport student and parent& copy of every page
  2. Birth Certificate certified by China Consulate
  3. Student certification, School registration and School license
  4. A copy of round-trip air ticket
  5. Visa Application Form
  6. Fee 450 RMB
  7. 2 Photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm)

Note:

1) Every photocopy documents must be signed for certified true copy.

2) 1 child can support 1 parent (Father of Mother) only

Non-Immigrant “O” Extension 1 Year

Contact MICS office: Request letter Visa from MICS office

  1. Passport of student and Parent & copy of every page with TM. 6 (departure card)
  2. School letter & School license.
  3. Birth Certificate of student.
  4. Bank Statement 1 Month with 500,000 baht ( 1st Year) Bank Statement 3 Month with 500,000 baht (after 1st Year)
  5. Application Form TM.7
  6. Fee 1,9007) 2 Photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm)

Note:

1) Every photocopy documents must be signed for certified true copy.

  2. A copy of round-trip air ticket
  3. Bank statement with minimum balance of 50,000 RMB
  4. Visa Application Form
  5. Fee about 230 RMB
  6. Guarantee letter from school confirming student status

Note: Every photocopy documents must be signed for certified true copy

Visa on Arrival (15-day period)

Apply at immigration checkpoint

  1. A round-trip air ticket (<15 days)
  2. Passport (valid > 6 months)
  3. Visa Form and 1 passport size photo (2 inch)
  4. Cash 10,000 (person) or 20,000 (family) Thai BahtProcess of Guardian Visa “ NON-IMMIGRANT O”
